Online Meetings
Since the beginning of the project, InnoSocial partners have held six online meetings dedicated to project management issues and collaborative development of the first main result -“Toolkit for design and delivery of inclusive innovation and social entrepreneurship education”.
Online meeting on December 20, 2022
The consortium met for the first time. The Coordinator - SAN - presented the project’s idea and work plan. Partners agreed about the project management methodology, principles of cooperation, as well as tools and frequency of communication. Tetra shared a methodology for joint development of the Toolkit for design and delivery of inclusive innovation and social entrepreneurship education, and then presented the project’s Quality Management Plan. InCREA presented the Dissemination and Exploitation Plan, including a template for reporting the dissemination carried out by partners.
Online meeting on January 11, 2023
During the second meeting, SAN presenting project reporting schedule, rules, requirements and templates. Then Tetra led a discussion on the tasks related to the development of the Toolkit for design and delivery of inclusive innovation and social entrepreneurship education. Under the leadership of InCREA team, partners elaborated a strategy for enhancing the project’s dissemination.
Online meeting on March 31, 2023
The third meeting was dedicated mainly to the discussion on the initial results of the analysis of existing study programmes in the field of inclusive innovation and social entrepreneurship. The consortium members analyzed syllabi of 25 programmes and courses offered at universities, vocational schools and non-formal education centers, focusing on the programme/course structure, intended learning outcomes, learning content and teaching-learning methods. Tetra presented the findings and how these can be useful for the development of the InnoSocial course.
After that, InCREA team provided updates about the project dissemination activities and encouraged all partners to promote the project among university teachers and students, as well as among other stakeholders.
Online meeting on April 26, 2023
The focus of the fourth meeting was again on the development of the Toolkit for design and delivery of inclusive innovation and social entrepreneurship education. Tetra team summarized the progress made so far, and presented the Guidelines for conducting Stakeholder Discussion Panels aimed to discuss the content of the Toolkit with key stakeholders.
Online meeting on May 29, 2023
At this meeting, the Coordinator’s team provided additional guidelines for preparing the project’s first interim report, and Tetra team presented the first draft of the Toolkit for design and delivery of inclusive innovation and social entrepreneurship education. InCREA led the discussion on the implementation and reporting of the project’s dissemination activities.
Online meeting on June 29, 2023
The sixth meeting was mainly dedicated to the preparation of the project’s interim report, in particular to what partners needed to submit to the Coordinator. Furthermore, Tetra presented a pre-final version of the Toolkit for design and delivery of inclusive innovation and social entrepreneurship education, and partners agreed about the deadlines for finalization of this output.

On the 04th of July, the InnoSocial project consortium held its last online meeting before the summer break to summarize the work completed so far and discuss next steps.
The partners concluded the finalization of Result 3. The consortium is currently working on translations of the Inclusive Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship Course. The course will soon be available on our website. The partners also shared information on the progress made in organizing workshops for lecturers and students that will take place in the next months. The workshops will be based on the created course in Result 3. Traditionally, the partners also discussed ongoing issues related to administrative matters such as dissemination and quality assurance of project activities.
Online meeting on September 4, 2024
On the 04th of September, the InnoSocial project consortium convened online to review recent progress and plan the next steps for the project. The consortium has finalized the course content for WP3 and is now focused on translating the materials, with Polish, Bulgarian, and Lithuanian versions already completed. The course syllabus is also completed, with most translations ready. During the meeting, partners discussed the upcoming "Train-the-Trainers" workshops, with several organizations scheduled to hold their sessions by the end of September, 2024. Additionally, student pilot programs will begin in October 2024, targeting a total of 60 participants. The final meeting and International Conference are tentatively planned for April 2025 in Warsaw, Poland, with dates to be confirmed at the next online meeting. The partners also addressed ongoing administrative matters, including the dissemination and quality assurance of project activities.
Online meeting on November 6, 2024
On the 6th of November, InnoSocial consortium partners met for another online meeting. They discussed the status of current tasks, the organization and implementation of Training workshops (WP4) in the partner countries. The progress of piloting events with students was also discussed and coordinated. Partners dedicated time to sharing their dissemination efforts and planned future activities in this regard. Financial matters and project management were covered in the final session of the meeting.
Online meeting on January 27, 2025
On the 27th January 2025, the InnoSocial project consortium met online to discuss the latest updates and plan the next steps. During the meeting, the partners announced that the Inclusive Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship Course is now available in all consortium languages. The course is designed for individuals interested in addressing global challenges such as inequality, poverty, and environmental sustainability through innovative solutions that foster both economic growth and social well-being. Additionally, the partners reviewed the current status of training sessions and pilot implementations within Result 4, analysing their progress, effectiveness, and key takeaways from the activities conducted so far.
The consortium also examined ongoing administrative and financial matters, as well as strategies for disseminating the developed project results.

On the 24th of February 2025, the InnoSocial project consortium met online to discuss the latest updates in the project, as well as to plan future activities. The project partners analyzed the trainings and pilots conducted so far under PR4, assessing their progress, effectiveness and lessons learned from the implemented activities. At the same time, preparations are underway for project dissemination events in each partner country. These meetings are aimed at promoting the project's results, sharing best practices and engaging communities in the development of inclusive innovation and social entrepreneurship.
Online meeting on March 19, 2025
On the 19th of March 2025, the InnoSocial project consortium met online to discuss the latest updates in the project, as well as to plan the next activities. During our meeting, we revisited the trainings and pilots implemented as part of Result 4. We focused on their conduct, effectiveness and key lessons learned from these activities. At the same time, we are intensively preparing for dissemination events that will take place in all partner countries.
During our meeting today, we also discussed the upcoming event - TNM & FINAL Conference, which will take place in Poland on April 3-4. This is a unique opportunity where all project results will be presented! The conference will be attended by all project partners from different European countries: Poland, Italy, Bulgaria and Lithuania.
