Since the beginning of the project, InnoSocial partners have held six online meetings dedicated to project management issues and collaborative development of the first main result -“Toolkit for design and delivery of inclusive innovation and social entrepreneurship education”.

Online meeting on December 20, 2022

The consortium met for the first time. The Coordinator - SAN - presented the project’s idea and work plan. Partners agreed about the project management methodology, principles of cooperation, as well as tools and frequency of communication. Tetra shared a methodology for joint development of the Toolkit for design and delivery of inclusive innovation and social entrepreneurship education, and then presented the project’s Quality Management Plan. InCREA presented the Dissemination and Exploitation Plan, including a template for reporting the dissemination carried out by partners.

Online meeting on January 11, 2023

During the second meeting, SAN presenting project reporting schedule, rules, requirements and templates. Then Tetra led a discussion on the tasks related to the development of the Toolkit for design and delivery of inclusive innovation and social entrepreneurship education. Under the leadership of InCREA team, partners elaborated a strategy for enhancing the project’s dissemination.

Online meeting on March 31, 2023

The third meeting was dedicated mainly to the discussion on the initial results of the analysis of existing study programmes in the field of inclusive innovation and social entrepreneurship. The consortium members analyzed syllabi of 25 programmes and courses offered at universities, vocational schools and non-formal education centers, focusing on the programme/course structure, intended learning outcomes, learning content and teaching-learning methods. Tetra presented the findings and how these can be useful for the development of the InnoSocial course.

After that, InCREA team provided updates about the project dissemination activities and encouraged all partners to promote the project among university teachers and students, as well as among other stakeholders.

Online meeting on April 26, 2023

The focus of the fourth meeting was again on the development of the Toolkit for design and delivery of inclusive innovation and social entrepreneurship education. Tetra team summarized the progress made so far, and presented the Guidelines for conducting Stakeholder Discussion Panels aimed to discuss the content of the Toolkit with key stakeholders.

Online meeting on May 29, 2023

At this meeting, the Coordinator’s team provided additional guidelines for preparing the project’s first interim report, and Tetra team presented the first draft of the Toolkit for design and delivery of inclusive innovation and social entrepreneurship education. InCREA led the discussion on the implementation and reporting of the project’s dissemination activities.

Online meeting on June 29, 2023

The sixth meeting was mainly dedicated to the preparation of the project’s interim report, in particular to what partners needed to submit to the Coordinator. Furthermore, Tetra presented a pre-final version of the Toolkit for design and delivery of inclusive innovation and social entrepreneurship education, and partners agreed about the deadlines for finalization of this output.

Online meeting on November 10, 2023

On the 10th of November, partners met online to sum up the progress in developing the course in Inclusive Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship. Each partner was working on developing one module of the course and the respective part of the syllabus. Partners also discussed the ongoing issues related to administrative matters, like dissemination and quality assurance of the project’s activities.

 

 

Online meeting on December 14, 2023

Before the Christmas break, partners held another online meeting. During this meeting, the consortium members discussed the progress in developing the course. Doubts, possible overlaps and improvements needed were analysed to provide high-quality results. Also, management, dissemination and quality assurance were discussed.

 

 

Online meeting on January 19, 2024

During the meeting in January, the pre-final version of the Innosocial course was presented. Partners agreed on the last details that needed to be included in the case studies. The syllabus was revised to compare the innitial assumption to the content developed in the course. Project management, quality assurance, project dissemination and website development issues were also discussed in detail.

 

 

Online meeting on February 15, 2024

On the 15th of February, the project consortium held another online meeting to summarise the work completed so far and discuss the next tasks. The consortium continued its work on the creation of the Course in Inclusive Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship. Partners provided their comments on the content developed so far and discussed potential improvements. As usually, the consortium discussed dissemination, quality assurance and administrative issues related to the project.

 

 

Online meeting on March 26, 2024

On the 26th of March, partners held another online meeting. During it, the consortium members confirmed the syllabus for the II&SE course was finalized. The project team agreed about the procedure for the peer review of the created modules, aimed to ensure the highest possible quality of the course. The peer review of the syllabus was planned to be carried out after the development of the learning content, as additional ideas might arise during the development process in terms of both learning units and learning activities to be included in the course.

 

Additionally, Partners resolved doubts regarding the organisation of the partnership meeting in Vilnius in May. All partners expressed their excitement about the upcoming event.

Project management, quality assurance and project dissemination issues were also discussed in detail.

 

 

Online meeting on April 12, 2024

On the 12th of April, the project consortium held another online meeting to summarise the work completed so far and discuss the next project implementation steps. Partners discussed in details the progress in the development of the Course in Inclusive Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship. Soon, partners would start the peer rewiev of the modules to ensure high-quality of the learning content.

 

Partners also raised the topic of the transnational project meeting (Lithuania) that was scheduled for the 8th of May. They discussed the agenda and made necessary adjustments to the meeting work plan. The consortium also agreed to finalize and approve the created course during the meeting in Vilnius.

 

As usually, partners dedicated their time to reviewing the ongoing issues related to administrative matters, like dissemination and quality assurance of the project’s activities.

 

 

Online meeting on June 5, 2024

On the 5th of June, another online meeting was held to summarise the work done so far and to launch the next tasks. Partners discussed the current status of the development of the learning content for the Inclusive Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship Course. The course was already peer reviewed. The learning content still needs to be translated into the national languages of the consortium and be transfered to the virtual learning environments of the partner univerisities. Partners also discussed the implementation of the Train the Trainer workshops, as well as the project dissemination, quality assurance and administrative issues.

 

Online meeting on November 6, 2024

On the 6th of November, InnoSocial consortium partners met for another online meeting. They discussed the status of current tasks, the organization and implementation of Training workshops (WP4) in the partner countries. The progress of piloting events with students was also discussed and coordinated. Partners dedicated time to sharing their dissemination efforts and planned future activities in this regard. Financial matters and project management were covered in the final session of the meeting.
