Dissemination conferences in all partners’ countries
Work package n°5 - Dissemination and exploitation of the project results
All activities within this Work package aim to create awareness about the project, present the project results to stakeholders and garner their support for further dissemination of the main outputs. The small-scale events were be organized in all partner countries, while the final conference was held in Poland.
Final Conference in Warsaw, Poland
On the 4th of April 2025, the Final Conference of the project InnoSocial - Mainstreaming Inclusive Innovation & Social Entrepreneurship in Higher Education took place at the SAN University in Warsaw. During the conference, the project partners presented their institutions and key project activities were discussed. Tetra Solutions presented Result 2, which focuses on laying the foundations for integrating social innovation and social entrepreneurship into university curriculum. The Social Academy of Sciences then presented Result 3, on the development of educational resources to support teaching in the area of Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Vilniaus Kolegija discussed Result 4, focusing on building the competencies of academic staff in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship training. At the end of the conference, a special session dedicated to questions and answers and networking activities was held for the participants.

National Dissemination Event in Bulgaria
On March 21st, 2025, Tetra Solutions organized a national InnoSocial dissemination conference in Bulgaria that attracted 30 participants from diverse sectors of higher education and industry. The event brought together research and academic staff members, NGO representatives, industry and business professionals, along with students. Held in conjunction with the Virtual Knowledge Sharing Event within the ADVANCE project, the conference showcased the InnoSocial project outputs as a best practice example of mainstreaming inclusive innovation and social entrepreneurship education in higher education.

National Dissemination Event in Lithuania
On March 20th, 2025, VIKO organized a national InnoSocial dissemination event in Lithuania that brought together 35 participants from across the educational and business sectors, including trainers, lecturers, business representatives, and students. During the hybrid event were presented the results of the project focused on inclusive innovation and social entrepreneurship education. The event featured inspiring student presentations and speeches from social entrepreneurship representatives, demonstrating the practical value and transferability of the InnoSocial project results into real-world educational and business applications.

National Dissemination Event in Poland
On March 16th, 2025, inCREA hosted an InnoSocial dissemination event that drew 43 on-site participants from across Poland's educational and professional landscape. The event brought together a diverse audience of trainers and lecturers from various Polish educational institutions, alongside representatives from business sectors and public authorities, as well as students eager to learn about inclusive innovation and social entrepreneurship. The event provided an opportunity for sharing the InnoSocial project's educational materials and outcomes, demonstrating the project's relevance to Poland's academic and professional communities.

National Dissemination Event in Italy
The University of Pavia organized the InnoSocial national dissemination conference as a series of meetings with stakeholders on the 4th of November 2024, and later on the 24th of April 2025. These events were held in conjunction with the Career Day of the Master in International Business and Entrepreneurship (the program in which the InnoSocial course was integrated), and with the company consultation events organizaed by UNIPV. These dissemination events brought together more than 30 representatives from a wide range of organizations, including industry and business professionals, non-governmental organizations, and other institutions operating at local, national, and international levels.
